Quick weekend trip to visit Brent and Cherie in San Diego (aka the land of happiness). We LOVE San Diego. Walks on the beach, delicious food, old friends, family time, mountain biking for Hugh and dad...so fun.

Camping in Austin

We had a great weekend getaway to Austin. Camped out at Lake Travis. Rock climbing at Rymers Ranch, lunch at Oasis Cafe with Rog and Chris, watching the famous bats, and touring the city. Fabulous.

Introducing Caitlin's Bike

I imagine that later in life I will compile a list of days and events that were significant because of the experiences that originated on that day or from those events. On that short list will be the day that Caitlin got her first road bike. It's been just over a week, and we have already logged over 50 miles on the pavement together, which is quite an accomplishment given our schedule and recent weather. Now I can share something I love, with my wife that I love so much. Great day.

Well it was about time my mom and Nanna experienced some Texas flavor. The four of us had a blast. Lots of yummy food, shopping, Old town Grapevine flee market, the Dallas World Aquaruim, General Conference...

Update

Well it's been a whirlwind of fun these past few weeks. Our West side of the family came to town, along with my friends Britany and Ashley, for the BYU v. OU game. It was the first football game to be played in Jerry Jones' new Cowboy's stadium...and WOW! I can't even begin to describe it...just check out the picture and you'll understand. And BYU won!!!! GO COUGS! Britany, Ashley and I went to 6 Flags before the game-I L-O-V-E rollercoasters. Other than that Hugh and I are both working full time and still love Dallas. Life is good my friends.
